As to columns, a list of topics of interest might also be helpful, perhaps as "guest columnists" to start, with one featured each issue. Topics might include funny aviation stories, harrowing incidents, etc. Other areas might include advice from long-term editors on editing aviation-related articles that tend to be problematic, such as aviation accidents, pop-culture, socks, LTAs, SPAs, spam, POV warriors, etc. Another idea might be to highlight some of the lesser well-known subprojects and task forces under WPAV's purview. I'm not volunteering for any writing at this point, which isn't my stong suit, but those are areas that might be of interest to readers, especially newer editors. Regards.
