it has been electrified since 30 May 1965. Since the dismantling of the line to Hemer, Iserlohn station has become a curiosity, as it is the terminus of two different lines. Currently it is not possible to change from one line to the other, but there are plans to allow connections by installing sets of points to allow changes.
