Carswell and that was who the gay community felt was the murderer. As for the accusation by the one man against the other, the records are clear he refused to corroborate his forced allegations and would not accuse the man of anything when asked to testify. His conduct then confirmed his letters and other information sent to attorneys whereby he flat said he had lied and would not testify. The 2 men originally charged are deceased. Carswell is deceased. The trial judge is deceased. The prosecutor is deceased. Insofar as we have been able to ascertain the old sheriff may be alive but won't talk. The gay community disclosed to our people the sheriff was sharing young boys with Carswell in those days. Now, we doubt the sheriff would admit to that anymore than Carswell's son, Scott, will admit his own Father turned him out. On the other hand, a dose of common sense says it is accurate otherwise why would any father allow his young pretty-boy son to regularly visit his gay lover late at nite and overnite on a regular basis. Additionally, it is well established in Tallahassee that Scott is gay and has been nearly all his adult life if not longer. But he, like his Father, has not the courage to come out of the closet. Carswell was a well connected sexual predator who even now seems to have initially once again blocked the public from having information about him. That is as sad as it is alarming. A known sexual predator being clearly protected is frightening. The alarming thing is that anyone would see our edit was based upon actual court records - no, we aren't aware of a way we can post them on the Internet for you or others to read - laced with summations which are supported by the court facts as much by what they say as by what they do not.

Can you see our point ? There is more corroboration for our information than there is for thousands of pages of other information or for who you are and who you work for.

We offered the same information and it was backed by far more impressive "surmisations".
