It has been four months of protection and even then, the editing was minimal just prior to the protection. I kept it move protected just in case. An edit every two or three days does not seem to require an article to remain in constant semi-protection. If there is a persistent vandal, there is no mention on the talk page or in the protection summaries. Even if there is some vandal, there should be something more done than just protecting the article. --
