Shikand-gumanic Vichar (53), only through its Pazand-Sanskrit version, prepared by Neryosang about 700 years ago. But a copy of the greater part of the original Pahlavi text, written in 1569 and descended from an Indian MS., was found in the codex K43 brought from Persia by Westergaard in 1843; and a facsimile of this text was edited by Andreas in 1882. Another copy of the Pahlavi text, which supplies the contents of ten folios lost from K43, is known to be in the possession of Tahmuras Dinshawji Anklesaria in Bombay, but it has not been examined. The oldest known copy of the Pazand-Sanskrit version is in L19, and was written at Naosari in 1520. Spiegel published several extracts from the Pazand text, with German translations of the same and others, in 1851 and 1860. And a complete transliteration of the Pazand and Sanskrit texts, with an English translation, was published by West in 1871; followed by a translation of the Pahlavi text in 1885.
