The empty Lincoln Theater was placed for sale after the closure, until September 2022 when it was purchased for $ 975,000. The new owner realized opening the theater again, without movie business knowledge, would not be the plans for the business and will proceed instead to have apartments approved by the town for the property redevelopment. There are no movie theaters currently operating in the township.
