2006:, Beddington Trail is obviously the better known name of that roadway, there's fundamentally no reason to oppose a move that you and I would be the only ones discussing it. Alberta is at the bottom of the wikiproject for stubs because a quantity over quality approach was taken to the creation of all these articles leading to the vast majority having major cleanup tags (which I have since fixed). This move is the only way for the 772 article (which shouldn't even exist) to ever be anything more than a stub. I'm here to make the project better and this move clearly does that, I'm already here for hours and see no reason to waste more time in WP processes for a one line stub of an article that nobody appeared to care about till today. The only thing I care to argue with you about is maps (there is precedent in the wikiproject for my method so I'm not sure why I'm wrong on that either). If the move of this article about secondary highway in the middle of nowhere needs discussion like moving Mahatma Gandhi would, then you're free to do so with the massive contingent of editors also working on these articles. -- 1225:ā€” to keep it all in one place and capture the attention of as many interested editors as possible. This is a featured list as you said, and any bold significant changes to the article should be discussed after being reverted to determine if there is a way to integrate some or all of the content in a careful manner that does not compromise its standing as a featured list, and in a manner that results in it not looking radically inconsistent with the other Canadian municipality featured lists. I'm too busy to review the details of what has been added and to get involved in a discussion for at least a day or two. I suggest it be reverted to its stable version with the content copied to the talk page and a discussion initiated. Cheers, 1486:, and the fact that it is capitalized incorrectly elsewhere is not a valid reason to carry forward incorrect and unnecessary capitalization. I've found this misuse of capitalization is an issue that runs rampant in the public sector and certain professions. Being an urban planner and former public sector employee new to editing on Knowledge in late 2009, I capitalized terms like this and it drove me nuts when terms like this were not capitalized. I learned in short order on here from others that doing so was incorrect. I was wrong. The consensus on Knowledge is to not capitalize nouns unless they are truly proper names. 2090: 321: 396: 2260: 38: 1300:
interim, you reverted my page move to 'Bowen Island (British Columbia)'. I can see why you suggested that the name is incorrect. But the page 'Bowen Island, British Columbia' exists as a redirect page (to 'Bowen Island'), but I want it to contain the existing entries for 'Bowen Island', and to then become a disambiguation page with the title 'Bowen Island'. That way, a user searching for Bowen Island would be taken to the disambiguation page with the 4 island options.

While Whyte Avenue can be COMMONNAME for 82 Avenue in Edmonton as both apply to the same subject roadway with the former being more common than the latter, Beddington Trail cannot be COMMONNAME to Symons Valley Road or Highway 772. As far as I am concerned, if there is to be an article on Highway 772, the scope of the article should only be about the

I don't think the new table make sense (what do the numbers mean?), and the two very long financial paragraphs are not very clear and don't seem to flow with the rest of the text. I reverted once, but I wanted to consult with you since we worked on this page together to see if you have an opinion. Thanks! 868:, just resolved the final three others. Turns out the issue was the ref in each transcluded article had different parameters. Specifically for the "2011censuscorrection" ref, all I had to do was make the refs in all three translucded articles 100% identical, character-by-character. See the edits at the 250:
Further, there are the 2006 population count gaps that may detract, so the other two would go more smoothly in my opinion. I suggest PEI being second-last, then Quebec last as it will be the most difficult due to the language barrier within most of the critical references needed to support the content.

I have for the next wave of improvements to the newly created maps for each highway in Alberta. I actually haven't been active on these articles for a while but interest tends to renew when seeing fresh enthusiasm by others. It is daunting from my own experience. I understand you want consistency with the maps, but in particular the Highway 8 map... I don't possibly see how a gigantic map of Alberta with literally a speck of red on it is more useful than a more detailed display of such a short route. I'm not going back on it because I'm starting to not care,
1504:
I don't particularly care to argue on that point, but the fact remains it is not defined in that section. I saw no reason for the redundancy with the history section which is why I made no reference to TUC in that section when I wrote it in the first place, but of course it could be added. There has

Yeah I'm not sold on this new formatting either. I thought it would save time in the future but I may just revert. The percent change template auto-populates the other two columns (a nice feature), but it does not work with the total row. I had to fiddle with the formatting then manually change the

There's technically no reference for this so really the text shouldn't even be there, but the 111 St bridge is 2 km from Calgary Trail. Exit numbering further down the road is clearly from bridge to bridge, so to define the starting point as a crossing point as opposed to a massive interchange is

Just did a check of Nova Scotia and the tables and numbers in the text and they all appear to be accurate. The maps are fantastic. I'm not sure what else I can add to the body, it does seem a bit thin compared to previous nominations. Other than that, do you think it should be ready to nominate?
249:
Thanks and likewise. Yes. Either Nova Scotia or Newfoundland and Labrador should be next (as you may have seen I did an initial edit or two to NS last night). There are digital GIS mapping data barriers to overcome in PEI, which is why maps aren't prepared for it yet compared to the other two.
