My opinions toward Help notwithstanding, I can find no evidence that Help is held that highly by fans. It's a well regarded episode. Perhaps it could be "one of the best episodes of Buffy" or "the best episode of Buffy Season Seven." The section under arc significance originally said that Cassie and Joyce were the only two deaths by natural causes. I've added Tara since she died of a gun shot wound, which is a natural cause.
