Grethe Sørensen

54:, Grethe Sørensen is the daughter of the agronomist Søren Peter Sørensen (1906–1991) and Louise Andreasen (1908–1999). She was raised in a family with cultural interests together with her two elder brothers and sister. While still at school, she spent her summers at the nearby craftsmanship school, Skals Håndarbejdsskole, where she learnt to weave. After completing high school in 1968, she attended the 73:
