any use of universal law as a synonym for physical law. I can't speak to universal law generalization, a psych concept, but I don't think it is considered a physical law, which supports my assertion. I'm not suggesting that there is no scientific use of the term--obviously, no one can know all of science--and the term's use in "Models of scientific inquiry" does suggest another use. But the former disambiguation entry linked to physical law, not to Models of scientific inquiry.
